These terms govern the use of CGR Screen Repair's on-site screen repair service. By booking, you agree to them.
Our service
We come to the address you provide, in Ottawa, Gatineau and surrounding areas, and repair or rescreen your screens right on the spot, usually in under 30 minutes. Someone must be present to give us access to the screens.
Booking with no deposit
Online booking is free and requires no deposit. You pay nothing at booking: the full amount is settled on site once the work is complete (cash, debit or card).
Pricing and size adjustment
Prices are set by size (small, medium, large). You choose the size to the best of your estimate. If the actual size differs on site, the price is adjusted accordingly and we inform you before doing the work.
Travel fee
A $60 travel fee applies to each visit, regardless of how many screens. It is included in the total shown at booking.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Since booking is free, you can cancel or reschedule at no charge. We simply ask that you let us know as early as possible, ideally at least 24 hours ahead, by calling 581-922-4481.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the work, tell us before we leave and we'll make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Liability
We handle your screens with care. Some older or fragile screens may have brittle frames; we will inform you of any issue we notice before proceeding. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province where the service is provided.
